Lon E. Dircks, Jr. was a First Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill
Lynch. He has over 20 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Associate
Complex Manager and Sales Manager with Huntleigh Advisors Inc., Merrill
Lynch, and Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney. Lon works with the goal of serving the
needs of affluent relationships and both financial advisors and client associates at
Huntleigh Advisors Inc. He specializes in working with advisors to create
long-term, personalized relationships with their clients. In addition, he specializes
in assisting teams to both grow their client base and develop efficiencies to better
serve their clients.
He has spent the last 21 years serving high-net-worth investors and their families.
Prior to joining the finance industry in 2003, Lon was a pilot with Trans World
Airlines and American Airlines on Boeing 727/757/767 and McDonnell Douglas
MD-80 aircraft. He graduated from St. Louis University in 1992 with a BA in
Aviation Science/PPO.
In his free time, Lon likes to work out and play golf. He donates his time to the
Freeburg Swim Club, Freeburg High School Booster Club, and Post Prom
Organizations. He lives in Freeburg, IL with his wife, Kim, and four children Emily,
Lily, Jackson, and Amelia.
